IndusLaw advised International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) and its Indian group companies in connection with the India leg of the sale of IFF’s pharma solutions business to Roquette Frères S.A. (Roquette). The transaction was valued at over USD 2.5 billion globally.

IFF’s pharma Solutions business is a well-established developer and manufacturer of pharmaceutical excipients and includes its global specialty solutions business supporting industrial and methyl cellulosic food applications.

Roquette is a global leader in plant-based ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients for the health and nutrition sectors.
