IndusLaw advised Iron Pillar in relation to its investment in Flipspaces, an interior design tech startup, as part of its Series B funding round aggregating to USD 35 million.

The primary round was led by Iron Pillar. Certain others including Apurva Patel (“AP Block”), as well as angel investors participated as co-investors in this round. The transaction comprised both primary and secondary investments in the Company. As part of the secondary component, Carpediem Capital Partners, an existing investor, will make a complete exit from the Company in a staggered manner.
