Navalt, led by Sandith Thandasherry, a naval architect, is India’s leader in electric boat design and manufacturing. The company pioneers solar-electric and hybrid ferries, offering sustainable and efϐicient alternatives to traditional diesel-powered vessels.
As part of the transaction, JSA provided end-to-end legal support, including negotiating and finalizing transaction documents, as well as assisting with closing and post-closing actions.
