JSA, Collyer Law, and IC RegFin Legal Partners have advised on Meesho’s acquisition of Kirana Club in a transaction valued at approximately ₹202 crore (US$23 million).
The acquisition marks Meesho’s strategic expansion into India’s grocery market and strengthens its B2B e-commerce presence across multiple product categories.
Kirana Club will continue to operate independently while leveraging Meesho’s platform to enhance access, efficiency and transparency for small retailers across the country.
JSA advised Meesho on the transaction.
Collyer Law also advised Meesho on the acquisition.

IC RegFin Legal Partners represented Powerhouse Ventures, an existing investor in Kirana Club, in connection with the acquisition.
