JSA and Rajani Associates have advised on Panthera Growth Partners’ investment in Innefu Labs Limited, an Indian artificial intelligence company focused on national security and indigenous multi-modal fusion systems.
The investment was undertaken through a combination of primary (Series B Round) and secondary investments.
Innefu Labs provides cybersecurity, digital intelligence, data analytics, and information security solutions and serves defence, intelligence, law enforcement, revenue intelligence, and enterprise clients.
