The company offers a robust portfolio of R&D-backed feed supplements for poultry, aquaculture, and ruminants, with its branded formulations supplied to customers across global markets.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Intron Lifesciences Private Limited (“Intron”) and its founder on a composite transaction involving the sale of the entire shareholding held by India Life Sciences Fund III, LLC to Param Capital Research Private Limited (“Param”), the sale of certain shareholding held by the founder to Param, and a primary investment by Param. JSA provided comprehensive legal counsel across all facets of the transaction, including due diligence, negotiation, and inalisation of the deinitive agreements.
