Juris Corp Advised Aye Finance On Its Replenishment Securitisation Transaction

 

Juris Corp advised Aye Finance Limited (formerly Aye Finance Private Limited), in drafting of the relevant transaction documents and provided assistance in the securitisation transaction featuring a replenishment mechanism subscribed by a Godrej Capital entity.

Juris Corp aided Aye Finance in structuring a securitisation transaction via pass through certificates, featuring a replenishment mechanism and an equity tranche retained by the Aye Finance. The asset pool was replenished over a certain duration, with new assets added under strict eligibility criteria, before transitioning to amortisation.

The structure included a senior tranche, fully subscribed by a Godrej Finance entity, and an equity tranche, fully subscribed by Aye Finance to meet RBI’s risk retention norms.

The transaction team included Partner Apurva Kanvinde, Senior Associate Smit Parekh and Associate Devyansh Desai.
