Juris Corp acted as the transaction counsel for providing legal assistance to Purva Oak Private Limited (POPL), a Puravankara group entity, a real estate developer for its bonds issuance amounting to INR 210,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Ten Crores Only) listed on BSE Limited.
Purva Oak Private Limited is a project company of the Puravankara Limited engaged in the business of real estate development and other related activities.
Juris Corp assisted POPL in smooth issue and listing of secured non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis (“Bonds”). These Bonds were issued by POPL to meet the liquidity requirements for the ongoing projects of the group and other allied expenses. The Bonds are to be fully secured by way of a mortgage over multiple project lands and project assets including redevelopment projects situated in Maharashtra.
