The funds were raised by way of issuance senior, secured, rated, listed, taxable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”) aggregating to INR 49,50,00,000 (Indian Rupees Forty-Nine Crores and Fifty Lakhs Only) on a private placement basis.
