CAM acted as legal advisors to Mr. Sanjay Shyam Wadhwa and Mr. Sandeep Ram Wadhwa (collectively, the “Wadhwas”) and Nash Industries (I) Private Limited (“Nash Industries”), a leading design and manufacturing solutions provider, in respect of sale of a significant minority stake in Nash Industries to ChrysCapital, a leading Indian private equity fund, and its affiliates.
ChrysCapital emerged as the preferred investor in the bid process.
CAM advised Nash Industries and the Wadhwas on consolidation and restructuring of its business, assisted during the pre-bid and bid stages, and provided due diligence, transaction and documentation assistance and regulatory advisory.
