Khaitan & Co advised KPIT Technologies India and its subsidiaries in the US and UK, on the proposed acquisition of Caresoft’s Global Engineering Solutions business for a total consideration of USD 191 million.
The transaction involves the acquisition of four entities – Caresoft Global Technologies Inc. USA, Caresoft Engineering Services UK, CAREGLOTECH de RL de CV Mexico and OXI SRL Italy.
The core deal team included Mehul Shah, Ashraya Rao, Vaibhav Mittal and Ravali Rayaprolu.
