Khaitan & Co advised Power Finance Corporation Ltd. for refinancing of existing facilities for wind-solar hybrid projects in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. This included extending financial assistance to Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer One for up to INR 1661 crores, Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Two for up to INR 1444 crores, and Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Four for up to INR 5478 crores.
