Khaitan & Co along with JSA advised on GEF Capital Partners’ USD 80 Million minority investment in Arya.ag.
The round was led by GEF Capital Partners, with Avendus Capital acting as exclusive financial adviser to Arya. The funding will support the Company to promote climate smart, market-led agriculture practices.
Khaitan & Co advised GEF Capital Partners on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Arya.ag through a combination of primary and secondary investments aggregating approximately USD 80 million.
