This transaction represents one of the largest minority investments in the diagnostic consumables segment
The investment comprises a combination of primary infusion and secondary purchase of shares. Sensa Core, headquartered in Hyderabad, designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes diagnostic devices, including electrolyte analysers, glucometers, haemoglobin meters, and arterial blood gas analysers, and dominates the domestic market.
