Khaitan & Co, JSA, Fenwick & West, Irwin Mitchell and Linklaters Singapore have advised on RateGain’s USD 250 million acquisition of Sojern Inc., alongside its USD 125 million acquisition financing raised from HSBC and Citibank.
Khaitan & Co acted as Indian legal counsel to RateGain on its acquisition of Sorjun Inc. For USD 250 million and raising acquisition financing of USD 125 million from HSBC and Citibank. The deal team included Sarthak Sarin, Dr. Siddharth Srivastava and Shrey Agarwal.
JSA advised Sojern on this transaction. The deal team included Partners Tirthankar Datta, Bir Bahadur Sachar and Sucheta Bhattacharya, Principal Associate Vwastav Ghosh and Senior Associate Manoj Mohapatra.
