Khaitan & Co along with SAMVĀD: Partners have advised on the INR 208 crore Series C funding round in Smartcoin Financials Private Limited, which operates the digital lending platform Olyv.
The round was led by The Fundamentum Partnership – Fund II, with participation from SMBC Asia Rising Fund. The aggregate capital raise was approximately INR 207–208 crore.
Smartcoin operates mobile- and web-based credit platforms, providing end-to-end digital lending enablement services to regulated lenders, including customer acquisition, underwriting support, loan origination, servicing and collections through a technology-led stack. The group operates through a subsidiary that is an RBI-licensed NBFC, undertaking on-balance-sheet lending and enabling tighter integration between regulated credit, risk management and digital distribution.
