Latham, Khaitan, Noerr Act On Bregal Unternehmerkapital’s Acquisition Of Majority Stake In A. Eberle

Latham & Watkins, Khaitan & Co, and Noerr advised on BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital’s acquisition of a majority stake in A. Eberle GmbH & Co. KG.

BU will support A. Eberle as a long-term partner in accelerating international growth, advancing product development, and further expanding the company’s position as a technology leader in the field of grid stability and power quality. As part of the transaction, A. Eberle’s management team will reinvest in the company and continue to drive its long-term growth strategy alongside BU.

The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory and other closing conditions.

Latham & Watkins advised funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital on the acquisition.

The Latham team was led by Frankfurt private equity partners Oliver Felsenstein and Dominik Waldvogel, with associates Lara Stelmach, Michele Stephan, Dennis Amiri, Nils Horst, and Blanka Fehn. Noerr advised A. Eberle GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of a majority stake in the company.
