Latham & Watkins, Paul, Weiss Act On Haveli Investments’ Acquisition Of Majority Stake In Sirion

Latham & Watkins along with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison advised on Haveli Investments’ acquisition of majority stake in Sirion.

Haveli Investments, L.P., an Austin-based technology-focused investment firm, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Sirion, a global leader in contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Latham & Watkins advised Haveli Investments on the transaction.

The firm’s cross-border corporate team was led by partners Sidharth Bhasin, Yohei Nakagawa and Kristen Grannis, with support from associates Nick Cavallo, E. Maddy Berg, Cristina Lombardi, Jameson Miller and Yuki Segawa. The team was supported by lawyers across multiple practice areas, including intellectual property, data privacy, employment, tax, finance and antitrust.

Paul, Weiss advised Sirion, its founder Ajay Agrawal and its shareholders on the sale of the majority stake.
