Vertices Partners represented Prath Ventures, as it invested USD 1 Mn [₹9 Crores] in Happi Planet- A home care products maker, as it raised USD 2 million [₹18 Crores] in this latest round of fundraise.
The transaction was led by Partner, Vikrant Anand, along with a team that included Senior Associate, Shagun Rathi Mittal, and Associates, Ayushi Narayan, Hemant Srivastava and Stuti Jain. Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.
IC RegFin Legal Partners LLP advised Fireside Ventures on its investment in Happi Planet, a home care products maker, as part of the fundraising round of INR 18 crore (approximately USD 2 million) led by Prath Ventures and Fireside Ventures.
The team, comprised of Partner Puneet Shah, & Senior Associate Amrita Ghosh, assisted with negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and other legal aspects to achieve deal closure.
