Linklaters and Khaitan & Co advised on Axis Bank’s US$800 million dual-tranche issuance under its existing US$5 billion Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) programme.
The offering comprised US$500 million Additional Tier 1 perpetual notes and US$300 million senior unsecured notes. The bonds are listed on the India INX and NSE IFSC (GIFT City) stock exchanges.
Linklaters advised Axis Bank on the issuance.
