Linklaters and Khaitan & Co advised on Capri Global Capital’s inaugural US$300 million international bond offering.
Capri Global Capital Limited raised US$300 million through its inaugural international bond offering, comprising 7.55% senior secured notes due 2029 issued under its US$1 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.
The notes were offered under Regulation S and Rule 144A and are listed on India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and NSE IFSC Limited. The transaction represents Capri Global Capital’s first US dollar bond issuance and an important step in diversifying its funding sources across domestic and international capital markets.
