Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW), a global cybersecurity leader, has agreed to acquire Portkey, Inc., a pioneer in AI Gateway technology. Following the acquisition, Portkey’s technology will serve as the AI Gateway for Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma AIRS™ platform, strengthening its capabilities to secure, manage and govern autonomous AI agents while accelerating the development of AI-driven security solutions.
Portkey enables enterprises to securely deploy, manage and govern AI applications through its AI Gateway platform, providing a centralized control plane for AI applications and processing trillions of AI tokens each month with low-latency infrastructure designed for agent-to-agent communication.
