Nishith Desai Associates (NDA) recently represented Government of Singapore (GIC), Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH) and Rhea Healthcare Private Limited in the receipt of approval from the Competition Commission Of India for GIC’s acquisition of a controlling stake in AHH.
AHH is a healthcare platform entity owned by GIC and TPG that was set up for the purpose of making healthcare investments in India.
