DCM Shriram Limited has entered into a joint venture with Teknor Apex B.V., a subsidiary of Teknor Apex Company, through the sale of a 50% stake in its subsidiary, Shriram PolyTech Limited.
The transaction marks a strategic collaboration in the advanced polymer compounds space, combining Shriram PolyTech’s domestic manufacturing capabilities with Teknor Apex’s global formulation expertise. The joint venture aims to deliver high-performance, specialty polymer solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
