Pioneer Legal advised and assisted JSW Neo Energy Limited, in relation to definitive agreements for the proposed supply of power to CSL and its wholly owned subsidiary, CCVL, from a hybrid power plant with a solar capacity of 64.9 MW AC and wind capacity of 20 MW being set-up by JSW Green. As a part of the transaction, CSL and CCVL will acquire an equity stake of 18.46% and 7.82% in JSW Green, respectively.
