Pioneer Legal & Argus Partners advised on the iDO Devices Private Limited’s US$4 million fundraise led by Merak Ventures and Blume Ventures.
This investment will strengthen iDO Devices’ mission to establish a comprehensive, integrated design and product delivery ecosystem, supported by an innovation centre in India. The company’s strategic focus is on serving global consumer electronics and enterprise technology clients across the US, Europe, and India. Currently specializing in products enabled with BLE and Wi-Fi capabilities, iDO Devices also plans to incorporate GPS and GSM technologies in its future offerings. With over 100 engineers in India and China, supported by global partners, iDO Devices aims to advance its single window fulfilment vision and strengthen India’s presence in global product innovation.
