JSW Energy has proposed to acquire Maruti Clean Coal & Power Limited at an enterprise value of approximately INR 1,410 crore. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.
Pioneer Legal advised and assisted Maruti Clean Coal & Power Limited in connection with the proposed acquisition.
