Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Trichem Group and its Promoters in connection with the sale of 100% equity stake in Trichem Healthcare Private Limited, Trichem Lifesciences Limited, and Chemistry & Health FZ LLC (Dubai) to the IMCD Group.
This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for the IMCD Group as it strengthens its presence in the high-growth life sciences sector in India and the Middle East.
The deal will allow IMCD to leverage Trichem’s deep industry relationships across the globe and technical know-how and aligns with IMCD’s commitment towards sustainable value creation in the speciality chemicals and ingredients sector.
