TransBnk has raised USD 25 million in this round, which was led by Bessemer and also saw participation from 8i Ventures, Accion Venture Labs, and GMO Venture Partners.
The company intends to deploy the fresh capital towards hiring sector-specific product specialists, strengthening its technology team, and expanding into new geographies including Southeast Asia and the Middle East, while continuing to build its team in India.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.(SAM) acted as the legal counsel to Transbnk Solutions Private Limited in connection with its Series B fund raise of USD 25 million led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from Arkam Ventures, Fundamentum Partnership, 8i Ventures, Accion Venture Lab, and GMO Venture Partners. Argus Partners advised Arkam Ventures and The Fundamentum Partnership on their investment in TransBnk – Transaction Banking Platform, as part of TransBnk’s Series B fundraise.
