Citius TransNet has undertaken an initial public offering of units aggregating to approximately INR 11,050 million (₹1,105 crore).

AZB & Partners advised the book running lead managers, Axis Capital Limited, Ambit Private Limited and ICICI Securities Limited, on the transaction.
