Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on KKR’s fresh investment in Lighthouse Learning Private Limited.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) advised the KKR buyer funds on all aspects of their acquisition of its inter-fund transfer and additional investment in Lighthouse Learning Private Limited (LHL). Lighthouse Learning is one of India’s largest education platforms with a broad network of pre-schools and K-12 schools nationwide.

CAM represented Lighthouse Learning Private Limited (Company), and Mr. Prajodh Rajan – Founder and Group CEO, of Lighthouse Learning Private Limited, on KKR’s fresh investment in Lighthouse Learning, a leading Indian education services provider. The investment was made by funds managed by KKR alongside participation from a new investor, Canada’s PSP Investments.
