Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) advised the KKR buyer funds on all aspects of their acquisition of its inter-fund transfer and additional investment in Lighthouse Learning Private Limited (LHL). Lighthouse Learning is one of India’s largest education platforms with a broad network of pre-schools and K-12 schools nationwide.

The investment was made by funds managed by KKR alongside participation from a new investor, Canada’s PSP Investments.
