Jio Platforms has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India in connection with a proposed IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 270,000,000 equity shares of face value of ₹10 each.
The offering is expected to be the largest IPO in the history of the Indian capital markets.
