Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) along with Khaitan & Co advised on ₹28.3 billion IPO of Fractal Analytics.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale by existing investors, including TPG and Apax Partners.
Fractal Analytics is a leading pure-play enterprise data, analytics and artificial intelligence company, with capabilities spanning the data and AI value chain.
SAM advised Fractal Analytics on the transaction.
