Samvad Partners advised Baypure Lifestyle Private Limited, a renowned skincare and cosmetic products company under the brand name “Deconstruct” in its Series A fund raise. The Company raised approximately INR 65 Crores as part of its Series A fund raise through primary and secondary transactions.

The Series A round, saw participation from new investors in the Company including DSG Consumer Partners IV, V Cube Ventures SA, BOLD Business Opportunities for L’Oréal Development, as well as existing investors, BEENEXT Asia Fund Pte. Ltd and Kalaari Capital Partners India IV.

The Samvad team consisting of Partners Junaira Rahman and Gauri Khanna, Senior Associate Oshin Taneja and Associate Shivi Shrivastava, were involved in the transaction.
