Samvad Partners advised Vermilion Cosmetics Private Limited, a renowned colour cosmetics and beauty products company under the brand name “Mila Beauté” in its Pre-Series A fund raise. The Company raised approximately INR 18 Crores as part of its Pre-Series A fund raise, which was led by Rukam Capital Fund II.

The Samvad team consisting of Partners Junaira Rahman and Riddhima P. Murjani, Senior Associate Akhairaj Singh and Associate Shivi Shrivastava, were involved in the transaction.
