Simpson Thacher, Khaitan, Holland & Knight, Dhinal Shah, RLF Act On Amneal Pharma’s Acquisition Of Kashiv BioSciences

Simpson Thacher, Khaitan & Co, Holland & Knight, Dhinal Shah Associates, and Richards Layton & Finger (RLF) advised on Amneal Pharmaceuticals’ acquisition of Kashiv BioSciences.

Amneal Pharmaceuticals has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Kashiv BioSciences in a transaction comprising US$375 million in cash and US$375 million in Amneal stock, along with up to US$350 million in milestone-based payments and potential royalties tied to commercial performance.

Amneal is a diversified global biopharmaceutical company focused on generic, specialty and biosimilar medicines, while Kashiv is a vertically integrated biopharmaceutical company with commercial and advanced clinical-stage assets.
