Ammunic Systems, started in 2024 and based out of Bengaluru, is a cutting-edge defence tech startup specializing in the design and development of advanced weapon systems with a strong focus on electronic fuzes, warheads, and munition integration technologies. The startup aims to lead the evolution of defence and aerospace technologies for the next generation.
This transaction involved strategic commercial negotiations followed by a seamless asset transfer from the founder’s sole proprietorship to the newly incorporated private limited entity.
