S&R, TT&A Advised On Stelling Technologies’ Series D Fundraise

S&R Associates and Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised on the Series D funding round of Stelling Technologies Private Limited (IntrCity).

S&R Associates is representing Stelling Technologies (IntrCity), a tech-enabled intercity bus platform, in its INR 2.50 billion Series D funding round led by A91 Partners. The S&R team is led by Partner Aparna Ravi, and includes Associates Varun Yadav, Pulatsya Pandey and Aditi Kundu.

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised A91 Partners in its lead investment (primary and secondary) in the Series D round of Stelling Technologies Private Limited, a tech enabled intercity bus travel platform operating under the popular brand name “IntrCity SmartBus”.

The TT&A Team comprised Partners Sachin Mehta, Harshit C. & Nikhil Bahl, Managing Associate Utsav Agarwal, along with Associates Radhika Sarda, Shubham Gupta & Sangita Sharma.
