Trilegal, CAM Act On Skyroot Aerospace’s $60 Million Pre-Series C2 Fundraise

Trilegal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised on Skyroot Aerospace’s approximately US$60 million pre-Series C2 funding round.

The round was co-led by Sherpalo Ventures and Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, with participation from funds managed by BlackRock, the founders of Greenko Group, Arkam Ventures, Playbook Partners, Shanghvi Family Office and existing investors.

The fundraise valued Skyroot Aerospace at approximately US$1.1 billion, conferring unicorn status and making it India’s first space-tech unicorn.

Skyroot Aerospace is a private space launch company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and commercialisation of space and aerospace products, including satellite launch vehicles, on-demand satellite launch services, and advanced aerospace technologies.

Trilegal advised Skyroot Aerospace on the fundraise.
