Trilegal and Khaitan & Co advised on Motilal Oswal Alternates’ INR 750 crore investment in JBM Ecolife Mobility, the electric mobility platform of JBM Auto.
The transaction was structured through a combination of debt and equity-linked securities/capital and is among the largest domestic investments in India’s electric mobility sector. The financing was provided by Motilal Oswal Alternates through its Private Credit Fund and is intended to support the growth of JBM Ecolife Mobility’s electric bus platform.
