INDO-MIM Limited completed its initial public offering aggregating to INR 3,812.12 crore (approximately US$400 million). The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 10,327,835 equity shares aggregating to INR 500 crore and an offer for sale of 68,291,022 equity shares aggregating to INR 3,312.12 crore. INDO-MIM is the world’s largest manufacturer of precision engineering components using metal injection molding (MIM) technology, with a global market share of 6.8% by revenue from MIM in calendar year 2025.
