Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A), AZB & Partners, Trilegal, along with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher advised on the Blackstone-led US$1.2 billion funding for Neysa.
Private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone (collectively, “Blackstone”) and co-investors have entered into definitive agreements to invest in Neysa, enabling a $1.2 billion capital raise. Blackstone and co-investors have provided equity capital of up to $600 million, on the basis of which Neysa intends to secure an additional $600 million of debt financing, subject to documentation.
The transaction is expected to be the largest funding round raised by an AI-native startup in India. The investment will support Neysa’s planned deployment of over 20,000 GPUs across India as it scales its AI acceleration cloud platform and expands its infrastructure footprint.
The round was led by Blackstone, alongside participation from TVS Capital, 360 ONE Assets and Nexus Venture Partners. DC Advisory acted as lead financial adviser to Neysa.
TT&A advised Neysa on the investment. The firm also advised Nexus Venture Partners in connection with its participation in the round.

AZB & Partners advised TVS Capital on its investment in Neysa as part of the funding led by Blackstone.
