Morgan, India, the broker in the secondary sale of up to 51,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating up to INR 10,300 crore (USD 1.1 billion) in Bharti Airtel Limited by Pastel Limited by way of one or more share sales on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The TT&A team comprised Partner Abhinav Kumar, and Senior Associate Indira Satish.
Mayer Brown Hong Kong acted as the international legal counsel to JP Morgan India.
