Veritas Legal, Advocates and Solicitors acted for and advised Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited and its promoters in the Series A fundraise of INR 475 Crore (approx US$ 55 Million) from a clutch of private equity investors such as TVS Capital Funds, Lok Capital, Evolvence Equity Partners, Paragon Partners (India) and some angel investors.
