Vritti Law Partners and Trilegal advised on sale of Khandelwal Laboratories’ non-oncology prescription formulations business to Auro Pharma, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Group, for Rs. 325 crore.

The transaction strengthens Aurobindo Pharma Group’s domestic branded formulations platform by adding established brands in the pain management and anti-infective segments, complementing its existing portfolio and supporting further expansion in the Indian pharmaceutical market.

Vritti Law Partners represented Khandelwal Laboratories Private Limited on the sale of its non-oncology prescription formulation business, as a going concern, to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Limited.
