Wachtell Lipton and Kirkland & Ellis advised on Hubbell’s US$3 billion acquisition of NSI Industries.
Hubbell has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire NSI Industries, a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, for US$3 billion in cash, subject to customary adjustments.
NSI Industries is a provider of electrical fittings, connectors, components and wire management products serving industrial, infrastructure and commercial end markets.
The transaction is anticipated to close in mid-2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Hubbell.
