The Birmingham office of Irwin Mitchell has announced the appointment of Restructuring and Insolvency Partner, Katie Molloy.
Katie joins from Gowling WLG, where she was Principal Associate. She is recognised by Legal 500 as both a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ and ‘Rising Star’, with deep expertise in complex insolvency disputes, fraud investigations, and asset recovery.
Her experience spans advising insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, and distressed corporates on high-value contentious matters, including misfeasance claims, cross-border asset tracing and director disqualification proceedings. Katie is also highly regarded for her strategic approach to resolving disputes and delivering practical solutions in challenging financial situations.
