Veritas Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, have added Rustam Mulla as a Senior Partner.
Rustam is a fourth-generation Advocate & Solicitor who specializes in Real Estate, Litigation and General Corporate with an experience of nearly three decades. His practice also extends to assisting clients on high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
Rustam began his career in 1997 as a Solicitor Associate with M/s Mulla and Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe where he served as a Partner between 2001-2008. Prior to joining Veritas he was the Co-founding Managing Partner at M/s Desai Desai Carrimjee & Mulla (DDCM) since 2008.
Among his many professional roles, he is also an accredited Independent Director registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, serving on the board of listed and private limited companies, and has been the Honorary Legal Advisor to the Jai Vakeel Foundation since 2001.
