Samvad: Partners announced recently that RV Goutham has joined their Bengaluru office as a Partner with effect from January 05, 2026 and will be a part of the Dispute Resolution practice of the Firm.
RV Goutham is a disputes lawyer with over a decade of experience in advising and representing domestic and multinational clients in high-value commercial litigation, arbitration, white-collar crimes, regulatory enforcement and shareholder disputes. He routinely appears before various fora including the Karnataka High Court, NCLT, Arbitral Tribunals, Commercial Court, Sectoral Regulators and DRTs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad (2015).
