S&R Associates has announced that Apurv Sharma has been appointed a Retained Partner at the firm’s Mumbai office. Moreover, Mohnish Mathew has been added as a Counsel.
Apurv Sharma’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, restructuring, corporate governance and regulatory matters, including significant experience in the infrastructure and financial services sectors. He received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2015. His prior experience includes working with Trilegal. Apurv is based at the Firm’s Mumbai office.
Mohnish Mathew’s practice covers capital markets, corporate governance and regulatory and general corporate matters. He received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru in 2019. Mohnish is also based at the Mumbai office.
